- 1/2 your weight (in pounds) = the number of ounces of water you need to drink every day
- 200 lbs. = 100 oz. of water daily
- 10 oz. water every hour for only 10 hours
- 200 lbs. = 100 oz. of water daily
- Spring or alkaline water.
