  1. No they do not. Rats do not get together to create garbage dumps.
    1. Similarly pathogens (bacteria, viruses, and fungi) will only grow and replicate where there is a fertile environment conducive to help them grow.
  2. These foods decrease your immune system:
    1. Sugar
    2. Vegetable Oil
    3. Fried foods
    4. Refined flour
    5. Dairy
    6. Artificial sweeteners
    7. Artificial Additives
    8. Saturated fats
    9. Conventional grain fed meats
    10. Processed meats
    11. Store bought bread
    12. Alcohol
    13. Trans fats
    14. Fast food
    15. GMO’s
  3. These foods increase your immune system:
    1.  Coconut/olive oil
    2. Nuts (no peanuts)
    3. Fish
    4. Vegetables
    5. Fruit
    6. Garlic
    7. Herbs
    8. Dark chocolate
    9. Green Tea
    10. Beans
    11. Onions
    12. High fiber foods
    13. Avocado
    14. Grass fed beef
  4. You need to consistently get 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
  5. These drinks cause dehydration:
    1. Soft drinks – Coke, Pepsi…
    2. Alcohol
    3. Hot cocoa
    4. Coffee
    5. Lemonade
    6. Sweet tea
    7. Energy drinks
    8. Smoothies
  6. These rehydrate you best:
    1. Water
      1. 1/2 your weight in lbs. = # ounces of water daily
    2. Fruit-infused water
    3. Watermelon
    4. Tea
    5. Coconut water
  7. Yes. Sitting more than 8 hours per day is as bad for your body as smoking cigarettes.
    1. Get moving with NEAT
    2. And with Cardio – 30 minutes per day
  8. Positive thoughts, feelings, and actions.
  9. Yes…wash your hands for 20 seconds every single time you use the restroom.
  10. Chiropractic adjustments have been shown to increase your immune system by 200-300%.
