The safest way to lower blood pressure

Over 100 million American adults have high blood pressure. That’s nearly half. Today I talk about the safest way to help lower your blood pressure. It all starts with your mouth.

Foods to eat more of to help lower blood pressure:

  1. Coconut, olive, and avocado oils
  2. Fish or grass fed meat
  3. Nuts
    1. No peanuts
    2. Walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts
  4. Garlic
  5. Herbs
    1. Basil, thyme, oregano, cinnamon, curcumin, and chili pepper
  6. Fruits
    1. Apples, blueberries, cherries, pineapple, raspberries, and strawberries
    2. They are also full of free radicals which helps your body fight cellular damage
  7. Vegetables
    1. Especially green leafy and onions
  8. Dark chocolate
    1. 70% or more with no added sugars
  9. Beans
  10. Green tea
  11. Avocados
  12. High fiber foods
    1. Pears, strawberries, avocados, apples, raspberries, bananas, carrots, beets, broccoli, artichokes, Brussels sprouts, lentils, kidney beans split peas chickpeas, quinoa, oats, popcorn, almonds, chia seeds
  13. Young Living Essential Oils
    1. Oregano, thyme, black pepper

Foods to eat less or eliminate of to help lower blood pressure:

  1. Sugar
    1. All types
  2. Fried foods
  3. Vegetable oil
  4. Refined flour
  5. Dairy
  6. Artificial sweeteners
  7. Artificial additives
  8. Saturated fats
  9. Grain fed meat
  10. Processed meat
  11. Store bought bread
  12. Alcohol
  13. Trans fats
  14. Fast foods
  15. GMO
