Foods to eat more of to help lower blood pressure:
- Coconut, olive, and avocado oils
- Fish or grass fed meat
- Nuts
- No peanuts
- Walnuts, almonds, and hazelnuts
- Garlic
- Herbs
- Basil, thyme, oregano, cinnamon, curcumin, and chili pepper
- Fruits
- Apples, blueberries, cherries, pineapple, raspberries, and strawberries
- They are also full of free radicals which helps your body fight cellular damage
- Vegetables
- Especially green leafy and onions
- Dark chocolate
- 70% or more with no added sugars
- Beans
- Green tea
- Avocados
- High fiber foods
- Pears, strawberries, avocados, apples, raspberries, bananas, carrots, beets, broccoli, artichokes, Brussels sprouts, lentils, kidney beans split peas chickpeas, quinoa, oats, popcorn, almonds, chia seeds
- Young Living Essential Oils
- Oregano, thyme, black pepper
Foods to eat less or eliminate of to help lower blood pressure:
- Sugar
- All types
- Fried foods
- Vegetable oil
- Refined flour
- Dairy
- Artificial sweeteners
- Artificial additives
- Saturated fats
- Grain fed meat
- Processed meat
- Store bought bread
- Alcohol
- Trans fats
- Fast foods
- GMO
