Desk set up and headaches. Is your desk set up causing your headache​?

Tension headaches are often characterized by a dull and throbbing pain. And it’s often associated with a tightness in the muscles of the back of the neck and up and into even the scalp itself. It’s the most widespread headache type going around. These types of headaches have been really strongly correlated with posture, particularly poor posture, whether it be at home, driving, or at work. Now with the increased number of workers now working from home, and many of you are working off really terrible workstations. I’m seeing an increase in neck pain and this type of headaches. In today’s video, I’m going to share with you the four key considerations for you to think about when you’re sitting at your desk.
