- Synthetic and whole foo supplements
- Synthetic supplements are made in a lab via chemical reactions and only contain 1 chemical
- Your body absorbs them at an extremely low rate (if at all)
- Whole food supplements are grown on a farm, harvested, ground up with the water removed, and put into a pill
- They contain all of the micro/marco nutrients and co-enzymes that your body requires to be able to absorb the nutrients
- Synthetic supplements are made in a lab via chemical reactions and only contain 1 chemical
- Your body needs all of the micro/marco nutrients and co-enzymes to absorb nutrients and utilize them
- You absorb only 20-30% of synthetic supplements
- You absorb 70-80% of whole food supplements
- We recommend Standard Process and Young Living supplements
