We are continuing with DOSES – the way to End Headaches Permanently without drugs or surgery. Today we will be discussing Steps 3 & 4 – Stretches and Exercise. - What exercise equipment do you need for DOSES?

Answers
- Drink, Oils, Stretches, Exercises, and Spine.
- Either a pool noodle or a rolled up towel. A bonus item you may want is an ice pack wrapped in a towel.
- Lay on the pool noodle.
- Turn your head 10 times each way.
- Push your head down and hold for 10 seconds, then release for 10 seconds. Do this 10 times.
- Lay on the pool noodle for 10 minutes.
