DOSES III

We are continuing with DOSES – the way to End Headaches Permanently without drugs or surgery. Today we will be discussing Steps 3 & 4 – Stretches and Exercise. Welcome to Dr. Devin’s Wellness Wednesday Workshop where my goal is to help you maintain or improve your active lifestyle. We will answer these questions today:

  1. What does DOSES stand for?
  2. What exercise equipment do you need for DOSES?

Answers

  1. Drink, Oils, Stretches, Exercises, and Spine.
  2. Either a pool noodle or a rolled up towel. A bonus item you may want is an ice pack wrapped in a towel.
    1. Lay on the pool noodle.
    2. Turn your head 10 times each way.
    3. Push your head down and hold for 10 seconds, then release for 10 seconds. Do this 10 times.
    4. Lay on the pool noodle for 10 minutes.
