1. Sit Smart
Sit all the way back with your spine fully supported. Recline your seat between 100–110° for comfort and alignment.

2. Grip & Position Right
Hold the steering wheel at 9 and 3 o’clock with your elbows slightly bent. If your arms are locked, move closer. If they’re too tight, move back.

3. Adjust Your Seat Height
Raise the seat until the front edge lightly touches the back of your thighs. Too low adds pressure to your back; too high restricts blood flow to your legs.

4. Support Your Lumbar Curve
Use built-in lumbar support or a small cushion/rolled towel to maintain the natural curve in your spine.

5. Keep Moving
Stop every 30–60 minutes for quick stretches, or shift positions slightly every 15–20 minutes. Pump your ankles to keep blood circulating and avoid sitting on your phone or wallet.

6. Cruise & Relax (Safely)
When it’s safe, use cruise control so you can rest both feet evenly on the floor and reduce lower-body tension.

7. Strengthen Your Spine
Regular exercise and chiropractic adjustments help keep your muscles strong and your spine aligned — so long drives don’t take such a toll.
